It wasn't terrible. The closest we got to those kinds of tournaments was our exams. No one was supposed to die[ They absolutely died. ]but having your future resting on whether you passed or failed took the fun out of it.

He doesn't. When I reopened Cobra Kai he tried to weasel his way back into my life. I figured if I was trying to make up for the shit I had done, I might as well give him a chance too. Turns out that was a mistake and he started injecting the same shit that fucked me up onto my students.
