[LaRusso was probably the least important of the references he was making. He wasn't about to let Kreese off the hook for how he had messed with his life.

And he definitely had more stones to throw at himself with how he messed up his relationship with his own son. There definitely wasn't any serious bloodshed but he knew he had left his mark on peoples lives. It's why he didn't really talk about Robby if he could avoid it here.]
